Japan greenhouse emissions fell 6.4% last year: report
TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese greenhouse gas emissions fell 6.4 percent to 1.286 billion tons on CO2 equivalent in the year to March 2009 from a year earlier, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun said on Wednesday, quoting a survey by the environment ministry.
